The most popular The Everyday Electrician ™ video across all of social media channels in August 2024 showed Trevor dealing with ANOTHER snow-filled panel, which wasn't a fun day on the job site for him. He says it’s also important in these freezing conditions to prioritize safety. Protect yourself from frostbite by eliminating as much exposure as possible!

Trevor's second most popular video of August 2024 was him showing off an LED lighting retrofit that he installed in a small commerical office space, and he demonstrates how he calculated the cost savings. Trevor replaced these OLD T8s with 120V direct wire LEDs. The old ones measured 0.6A while the retrofitted luminaires measured 0.3A, resulting in about $50 cost savings per month.

The last top August 2024 video we're highlighting received about 3,400 total views across all of our social platforms. Anyone who works outside knows that in cold weather, gloves are vital for keeping warm and avoiding frostbite. But they can also make certain tasks a ton harder! Trevor shares a tip for making it easier to use a man lift’s buttons while wearing gloves. While using a pipe may be unconventional, Trevor finds it to be a safer and easier way to press the buttons.
