The Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) announced the launch of education initiatives to seek professional expertise within the electrical and systems contracting industry at the nationally recognized conference, SPARK: Evolve. Empower. Energize. During the event, professionals have an opportunity to share their knowledge with attendees in an in-depth educational session.
Education is an important part of SPARK, and IEC is searching for strong industry speakers with a variety of experiences. IEC is actively seeking speaker proposals from IEC members, partners, and other industry experts on a variety of topics pertaining to this year’s education theme of Workforce Development. Presentation topics include:
- National Electrical Code Topics
- Electrification
- Prefabrication
- Leadership
- Succession Planning
- Workforce Development Topics
- Emerging Technologies, including limited energy
- Time Management, such as work-life balance
