Explanation: Section 210.8 (A)(6) applies to ALL receptacles 125V through 250V single phase 150V or less to ground, this would include the receptacle for the refrigerator even though it is not readily accessible. The 2020 Code requirement was only for receptacles that served the countertop surfaces, which would not include the receptacle behind a refrigerator.
