Summary
How do we keep ourselves and those around us safe? What type of mindset is conducive to building your electrical safety practices? Why does safety become a sideline topic for the men and women working for and with us? These are all important questions to ask and need to be answered to ensure a strong safety culture exists in your company. This presentation will explore some mindful ways, including training strategies, to ensure everyone uses a team mentality to strengthen electrical safety principles.
During the webinar, I’ll share experiences of failure and success of safety in our industry. It is the goal of this webinar to bring to light some core traits that can be beneficial to fostering a safety climate — and other core traits that can detract from the growth of a safety climate within a community.
Attendees will come away from this webinar with the following information:
- A clear understanding of what intentional safety means
