TLC Engineering Solutions recently announced that its office, previously located in Cocoa, Florida for more than 35 years, has relocated to 7370 Cabot Court, Suite 103, Melbourne, FL 32940.
The office, under the leadership of Gary Krueger, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CM, executive director, has supported architects, contractors and facility owners locally in the Space Coast and provided structural, mechanical, electrical, communication/technology, plumbing, fire protection, energy services and commissioning services around the world.

Wellness design features incorporated in the office design include a well-equipped staff café, abundant natural lighting, collaboration spaces and work-stations with adjustable desks, allowing team members to adjust between sitting and standing throughout the day. The office phone number remains (321) 636.0274. Staffing in the new office, as with all TLC offices, is at a reduced level due to the COVID-19 situation. Many TLC team members continue to work from home, supporting on-going projects virtually.
