Article 406 covers the rating, type and installation of receptacles, cord connectors and attachment plugs. As noted in Sec. 406.12(B), "All nonlocking-type 125V, 15A and 20A receptacles located in guest rooms and guest suites of hotels and motels shall be tamper-resistant receptacles."
