Is this to say that per Article 240.24(F) a panel board can be installed in a stairway if the overcurrent devices have the required work clearances. Article 110.26(E) states that a panelboard shall be located in a deicated space and protected from damage. Would a stairway be considered a dedicated space? May want to consider that overcurrent devices aren't permitted in a stairway.
