Contractor Dies After Lines Shear Bucket Off of Truck

A contractor in Virginia died this weekend after he fell 83 feet while working on electrical lines. Dustin Hamilton Killen from Alabama was working on overhead lines in Augusta County when one sprung back and shredded the bucket off his truck, according to a report from WHSV.com.
The Augusta County Sheriff's Office said that he may have been electrocuted.
On Sunday, employees from OSHA, Dominon and Irby Construction, the company where Killen worked, were on Christians Creek Road where this happened.
Representatives from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are now leading the death investigation.
