MCC Buckets

The company’s replacement 8000 motor control center (MCC) buckets are designed for a wide variety of applications. New buckets with SACE Tmax XT circuit breakers are available for legacy 8000 MCCs and are compatible with legacy 7700 and Spectra series MCCs. The new SACE Tmax XT-based feeder and starter units allow repair, expansion, and life extension for existing MCCs. All buckets are UL 845 rated and designed to work with existing customer equipment. The overall structure of the buckets is similar to existing bucket designs with a steel frame, rear-facing bus stabs to engage the existing vertical bus, and jack screws to mount the unit in the existing vertical section. The circuit breaker uses a new mounting bracket, door, and rotary operating mechanism. The door is right-hinged and mounted to the bucket, matching the original 8000 design.
