EXAIR’s 2½ NPT Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is an in-line conveyor that transports high volumes of material through ordinary pipe. Designed for rugged, industrial applications, the conveyor features a hardened alloy construction that helps prevent premature wear when transporting abrasive or heavy materials like shot blast, tumbling media, or metal fittings. The unit features large throat diameters that make it possible to convey more material over longer vertical and horizontal lengths. According to the company, the conveying rate is typically twice that of ordinary air powered conveyors. Seven sizes ranging from ¾ NPT to 3 NPT are available that fit popular pipe sizes. Standard-duty models made from aluminum, 303SS, and 316SS are also available in 11 sizes, with or without threads. All models are CE-compliant, meet OSHA pressure requirements, and are ready to ship from stock.
