NFL Hall of Fame Inductee, Cris Carter, chairman, and his brother John Carter, president & CEO, have successfully acquired ownership of D&N Electric Company to become one of the largest minority-owned electrical services companies in the Southeast.

The acquisition of D&N complements and expands Carter Brother’s strategy to offer comprehensive electrical solutions to simplify security design and installations, as well as an entry point into the ever growing field of sustainable solutions through green technology. D&N Electric Company will expand CB offerings by providing scalable electrical and security solutions for businesses. The D&N Electric acquisition will also strengthen the CB platform.
