This was a nice try, but it fell short on meeting NEC requirements. This circuit breaker (CB) protects a fire alarm circuit. Although it is required to be marked red, doing so with paint that covers up all of the specification markings of the CB violates Sec. 760.121(B) of the 2020 NEC.

Russ is also an IAEI certified Electrical Inspector.
