EC&M made an ongoing commitment to honor top-end young talent in the electrical industry a few years ago by developing our "Under 30 EC&M All Stars" special report, which profiles up-and-coming young (under age 30) electrical professionals who have demonstrated extraordinary results on the job. Selected from nominations submitted by electrical contracting companies across the country, participation in this initiative has been overwhelmingly positive — but this year industry professionals definitely answered the call. Considering that nominations increased by approximately 300% from last year — and based on the number of outstanding candidates received — we decided to expand the number of honorees from 10 to 30. We plan to continue this tradition of honoring 30 under 30 outstanding young leaders every year going forward.
This photo gallery highlights the 30 individuals who were selected as 2020's group of Under 30 EC&M All Stars, and serves as a sneak peek for the Special Report (coming soon to ecmweb.com and featured in the May print issue), which will reveal specifically how these young professionals are going above and beyond the call of duty, especially showing innovation, efficiency, and creativity while incorporating technology into their jobs.
