CADDY PYRAMID RPS H-Frame Series Support System is a fast and economical solution for a variety of rooftop applications. It provides superior support for multiple runs of conduit, cable tray, solar PV systems or any combination of these without causing damage to the rooftop membrane. This unique system is designed to accommodate a wider variety of items, such as large pipes, by providing support higher off the roof than traditional systems. It also features a highly engineered, continuous-bottom base design, which helps to protect the roof surface and uniformly distribute the load. The base is made from recycled, UV-stabilized engineered thermoplastic. An integral foam pad provides a gentle interface for all roof types. You provide your own channel, which keeps the installation cost low and allows flexibility in fabricating the H-frame on-site. The CADDY PYRAMID RPS H Series accepts all standard strut channels. The hardware kit includes six bolts, six strut nuts and two L-brackets to complete the H-frame. A hot-dip galvanized finish provides superior corrosion protection. The FMBS1824 floor-mounted box support, part of the CADDY line of fixings and fasteners from ERICO, is an innovative, height-adjustable solution for positioning 4 inch or 4-11/16 inch electrical boxes. The FMBS1824 has a variety of convenient features, including an integrated first means of support, and it’s pre-assembled for ease of installation on the job site, making it ideal for prefab applications. The FMBS1824 is fully adjustable from 12 inch to 24 inch and incorporates the innovative TEB23 Electrical Box Bracket. This versatile bracket provides superior far-side support and features built-in support straps to attach to the stud and provide an exceptionally secure and stable installation. The products are shipped pre-assembled to the standard height of 18 inches. Unlike other floor-mount supports, the FMBS1824 has a 1” foot design to prevent interference with stub-up conduits. A center tab can be folded out to be visible below the drywall, allowing installers to easily identify the centerline location of electrical boxes after the drywall has been installed.
