The mc cable is supported by cable ties, attatched to the conduit. That is a code violation.

That metal cable does not look to be suitable for electric. It looks like a gooseneck for microphones. I doubt if it's UL listed.

Right EMT not properly supported by a strap 36" from box or termination. MC/FMC is not allowed to be strapped to the EMT also communications cables or wires shall not be strapped, taped, or attached by any means to the exterior of conduit or raceway as a means of support."

OK the first picture did not show the full length of the PICTURE. 1st picture only shows about 4 foot of MC or FMC

cannot see all of the emt so it may not be properly supported .

cable ties are not an approved method to strap, and it appears the emt that it is strapped to has a coupling, wich would mean it is probably not properly strapped.

the metal flexible conduit is tied in IMC with cable tie and cross under.

One thing I have noted that no one else has seemed to notice is that the MC is not supported within 12 inches of the box.
