1: The grounding conductor not terminated where is suposed to at the groung bar.
2: The indentification of wiring... need to marked color coded to indetifify that they are current carrying conductors.

Well well well, we have a improper ground lug. The code also states that white may only be used as a neutral conductor. Proper phasing of the wire is not important with being a single phase 240v residential circuit. Me myself I would like a grounding conductor in the pipe even though code states that the pipe is a ground.
