no water sealing/rainproof gasket between box & conduit at top

Missing a gasket, and correct weatherproof plate sealtight is not straped to the buiding within 12 inches to the plate

both the box and cover must be rated for Wet Location and yes sealtite needs to be supported with a strap I like 6 inches from box

What about he flex rubbing against the brick edge? Is there a workmanship issue about protecting the plastic flex from being abraded away?
