first there's no cover on the panel and there is also how is a repair tech. going to work in the panel should a problem arise?

Aside from the obvious problem with al the co-ax in front of the panel, aren't those Sq. D contactors in the upper left supposed to be installed vertically? Also, I don't see any purpose in the loops in the panel feeders, other than being a possible source of dangerous impedance during a fault. I'd also like to know what the plastic device with wires extruding from the top is.

The surge suppressor may not be installed correctly.

I think the white plastic thing with the wires out the top is a cheap surge suppressor.
