It is my understanding of 314.28 . for a straight pull it is 8 time the largest conduit plus all other conduits. thus this box should be 8 X 1" plus the second 1" or 9 x9 ( actually 10X 10 since a 9 X 9 is not available).

On long pulls like this I use a "c" condulet. Another advantage is the C does not have to be supported, if the conduit is supported properly. Dropping all thread to support a pull box and the cost of the pull box can be eliminated.
