EC&M magazines Russ LeBlanc uncovers a panelboard that has duct tape covering the live busbars. This violates NEC section 110.12(A), which requires unused openings to be plugged with something that is equivalent to the wall of the panelboard.

In this episode, Russ runs across a panelboard where someone used duct tape to try and cover up the live busbars.
