Career Summary:

Founded in 1984, Electrotek Concepts, Inc. is world renowned power systems and power quality engineering firm known for its software development, research, applications and problem-solving work in understanding, identifying, analyzing and preventing power systems and power quality (PQ) problems. We analyze, measure, simulate and solve PQ problems and provide training on PQ and electric power systems. Our expertise extends from the utility generators through the power system to inside the electrical/electronic loads inside a customers’ facility. Our customers include electric power transmission and distribution companies (utilities), product manufacturers, building and system designers and end users—residential, commercial and industrial. The experience of Electrotek’s team of PQ engineers extends from experts in utility power systems, to participants on IEEE and IEC standards boards regarding PQ standards and to designers of end-use electronic equipment armed to address any PQ problem at any level. The future of reliable and available power and customer equipment in today’s modern technological society depends on compatibility between utility power, the customer’s facility electrical system and the end-use equipment customers depend on to carry out their day-to-day business activities. Our primary software product, PQView® helps us to serve all of our customer sectors and is the industry standard for PQ database management, data analysis and automatic fault location.
