The connecting niples should had been rigid type.
The pump should had been enclosed type of motor for wet locations and also the greenfield should have been a sealtight type of flex connection.
Instead of using the load center as a feed through a junction box would be better and installed before the two panels and from that J box pipe it to the individual panels.
That is the stupidest way to bond a box.
