ECM Buyers' Guide

The Top 40 Electrical Design Firms Archive Page

Launched in 2002, EC&M's Top 40 Electrical Design Firms list tracks the financial data and market information of the biggest players in this field. The articles not only rank the top companies by overall and electrical design services revenue, but they also include a year-by-year analysis of the ever-changing construction markets. Over the years, these articles have followed the ups and downs of the industry, disclosing the secrets for success as well as the reasons for steps back.

EC&M congratulates all the firms that made it onto the 2011 Top 40 Design Firms list. However, it has always been the mission of this particular article to showcase the top players in the electrical design field. To this end, the 2012 list will rate the firms only by total revenue related to electrical design work in 2011 and feature only the Top 25. If your electrical design division or firm is one of the most competitive in the nation, we'd like to hear from you. Please email Staff Writer Beck Ireland at: beck.ireland@penton.com if you would like to participate.
