Answer: D

Section 404.14(C) does not address 30A rated snap switches. This section of the Code does address snap switches rated 20A or less directly connected to aluminum conductors, which shall be listed and marked CO/ALR.

Good, sneaky question. I answered C before I checked wich is correct for 20A not 30A. Thanks for the reminder to pay attention to detail
