  4. By location in a room, vault, or similar enclosure that is accessible only to qualified persons.

Answer: C

As per 110.27(A) of the 2008 NEC, there are four options available to protect persons from making accidental contact with energized live parts. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is not one of the four choices.
