What are the NEC grounding requirements for satellite dishes?

i have an outdoor building some 50 to 60 ft from my home and in side the building i have a 30 amp rated disconnect with 2 15 amp fuses the only ground i have is a ground wire running from my home along with 2 hot wires is this enough to ground the building or do i need to drive a ground rod near the building and use it
