The high-bay model replaces 250W metal-halide fixtures one-for-one while the aisle lighter delivers light uniformly across the vertical face of racks in an aisle. Both models are UL-listed for wet locations when pendant mounted, and are suitable for damp locations when mounted with a hook and cord. Designed for use in high ambient environments up to 55°C (131°F), both versions include a 3-ft cord, heavy-duty hook, and safety chain. Additional accessories include a chrome wire guard and a clear polyshield guard that provide added protection against lens impact.
The Fino ultra-shallow asymmetric luminaire can be wall- or ceiling-mounted for indirect lighting. Capable of being installed and running the complete length of walls without interfering with studs, the luminaire is suitable for indirect ambient, wall-wash, or cove lighting applications. With a depth of 5/8 in., the product uses 5W/ft of power. Features include optics to provide the exact fit and finish for hairline joints; an extruded 2-piece, trimless mud frame with gear; snap-in lens; 2,700K, 3,000K, 3,500K, and 4,000K color temperatures; a CRI of 80; 0V to 10V dimming; and a 50,000-hr life.
The Everline Series of LED drivers and modules delivers up to 90+ lm/W system performance, according to the company. The round modules offer illumination from 1,000 lm to 10,000 lm, feature EverTru Chip on Board technology, and provide a 50,000-hr lm maintenance of 80% or higher. In addition, the UL Class 2-recognized modules include color temperatures of 2,700K, 3,000K, 3,500K, and 4,000K. Available in multiple housing configurations (including side or bottom exit with mounting feet or studs), the LED drivers provide control capabilities for track and downlight luminaires ranging from 15W to 150W, with 350mA, 700mA, and 1,050mA options available.
Universal Lighting Technologies
The TLS-DMT6 downlight features a replaceable LED light module. Designed for general-purpose lighting in commercial and residential applications, the 6-in. downlight comes in 1,100-lm and 1,500-lm outputs as well as 3,000K, 3,500K, and 4,000K color temperatures. A spring-loaded socket with notch and marking make it easy to line up the module and socket for quick installation and replacement. Using only 20W (1,100 lm) or 26W (1,500 lm), the product is manufactured to RoHS and UL standards and uses up to 75% less energy than a comparable halogen downlight, according to the company.
The Tsunami wall-mount outdoor luminaire is designed for use as an uplight or downlight. Distribution patterns include Type II, III, and IV in addition to wall glazing optics. LED and HID optics are available in the downlight configuration and satisfy Dark Sky requirements. Featuring the company’s VLED system, which comprises a self-contained LED module completely sealed from the elements to meet an IP67 rating, the luminaire comes in 4,100K and 5,300K color temperatures. The product measures 15 in. wide × 15 in. deep in the LED configuration and 15.63-in. wide × 16.5 in. deep in the HID configuration. The Diva2 High Output (HO) is a low-profile linear luminaire that provides an LED alternative to fluorescents in undercabinet millwork and display applications. Available in nominal 6-in. and 1-ft to 4-ft standard lengths with five color temperatures, ranging from 2,700K to 6,500K, the luminaire offers 75 lm/W and a lamp life of more than 40,000 hr, according to the company. With a profile of only 0.35 in. × 0.42 in., the fully dimmable lamp can be recessed or surface-mounted on wood, glass, or metal and comes with mounting brackets and internal magnetic strips that adhere to metal or glass.
The SafeSite Transportable LED high-bay luminaire features ATEX/IECEx certification, making it suitable for use in both Zone 1, 21 and Zone 2, 22. Delivering up to 12,500 lm and weighing just 13.6 kg, the luminaire is designed for temporary lighting applications and for maintenance tasks that require a robust light source. Features include an operating voltage range of 110VAC to 277VAC, a stainless steel bracketed base and wire guard, and 10-m factory-installed cable. An optional sandblasting cover is offered as well as transportable LED bulkheads for hazardous applications.
Consuming just 20W while powered by a one- or two-lamp per driver configuration, the LED Linear F32T8 replacement lamp is designed for retrofit applications currently using 4-ft fluorescent tubes. This non-dimmable universal lamp features an L70 life of 50,000 hr, according to the company, and is offered in a 4,100K color temperature with an output of 1,550 lm. The back of the housing is an aluminum heat sink that promotes the transfer of heat from the LED chips. Designed to replace a 65W incandescent source, the Prescolite LB6LEDA LiteFrame 6-in. LED downlight uses only 13.5W of power. According to the company, the Energy Star-qualified downlight features a 60,000-hr life at 70% lumen maintenance and offers a simplified “push-and-twist” installation method. This LED array interconnection system features technology from Bridgelux that transfers the connectivity and ease-of-use features from the LED array metal or ceramic substrate to a separate plastic body substrate. This plastic body substrate can be combined with the LED array package in a number of ways to provide an array top-side surface with multiple connection choices.
The EPL-48-216 is a 20,000-lm fluorescent luminaire that features Class I and Class II Division 1 UL listings. Equipped with four T5HO bulbs within the same size and shape as a standard 4-ft, 2-lamp model, the luminaire offers twice the output of a standard hazardous area luminaire.
Designed for use in smaller facilities, the Xpress high-bay LED luminaire provides light only when needed via integrated dimming, occupancy sensing, and three independently rotatable LED light bars. Light level settings and occupancy sensors are easily customized to a user’s unique needs and are configured right on the fixture to maximize energy savings. According to the company, the product delivers lighting energy savings of 75% to 90% compared to HID and HIF luminaires.
Designed for lower voltage LED luminaires, GP-HS15P-12CA, GP-HS15P-24CA, GP-HS15P-30CA, and GP-HS15P-42CA LED drivers deliver up to 16.8W of power with an output voltage up to 42V and include a 3-in-1 dimmable (1V to 10V/PWM/resistor) function. Measuring 110 mm × 35 mm × 25 mm, the IP67-approved drivers offer a power conversion efficiency rate up to 83%. A fully isolated case design enables an operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
Employing the latest generation of Xicato technology, the LumeLEX Series of die-cast luminaires is designed for LED modules up to 2,250 lm. Featuring an output voltage range from 10VDC to 28VDC, this model is suitable for the 8x8 Bridgelux RS LED arrays or similar LED arrays. The THEA 90 is a 90W constant-current driver for powering and dimming LED arrays in the range of 2,100mA to 2,800mA. The 2,800mA model offers an output voltage range from 25VDC to 31VDC and is suitable for the 10x10 Bridgelux RS LED arrays or similar LED arrays, while the 2,100mA model, with an output voltage range of 27VDC to 42.8VDC, can be used with Bridgelux VERO LED arrays or similar LED arrays.
Part of the company’s CoolLED product line, these LED drivers are now UL-approved. The 120V CL Analog LED dimmable line of drivers is suitable for most lighting manufacturers. Providing smooth 0V to 10V linear dimming in luminaires up to 33W, the drivers are available in 700mA and 1,000mA variants as flying lead, integral, and remote mount case styles. The 1,050mA drive current Universal CL LED driver delivers up to 33W of power in a choice of remote and integral case styles. The driver has been developed in conjunction with Xicato and operates between 120V and 277V. It is capable of driving Xicato modules at the optimum drive current to produce up to 4,000 lm of light from one LED module.
Viper LED outdoor luminaires replace up to one 1,000W metal-halide or high-pressure sodium lamps in retrofit or new installation applications. The roadway, walkway, and parking lot luminaires come in either large (VP-L) or small (VP-S) models in a range of 10 wattages, seven distribution patterns, and five mounting options. Dark-Sky compliant, features include individual drivers that are sealed to IP66 or IP67 standards and are located on the inside of a removable swing-down door. A field-rotatable, twist-lock photo-control receptacle is optionally available for use with standard or smart control devices.
The Mercmaster Series of LED luminaires for industrial and hazardous environments has been redesigned to include features such as lower weight, shock resistance, cold start capabilities, and minimal heat production. The luminaires also include a more flexible, modular design that allows retrofits and plant expansions to meet unique installation requirements. Additional improvements include a single-piece, lightweight aluminum body that accommodates upgraded LED arrays generating light outputs from 2,300 lm to 9,455 lm, as well as five lumen output versions available with universal drivers covering voltage requirements from 120VAC to 277VAC and 347VAC to 480VAC.
