Features include: dual scenario comparison that allows users to compare energy consumption as well as harmonic mitigation performance, data entry enhancements that give users more flexibility when inputting system component values, and improved reporting that enables users to generate an extensive consolidated report exportable to a single PDF file.
NQ and NF panelboards with PowerPact mission-critical circuit breakers feature the company’s Surgelogic SurgeLoc internally mounted surge protective device. L-frame mission-critical 400A and 600A circuit breakers within the panelboards are selective with QO-style and E-frame circuit breakers up to 30kA when the amperage of the main circuit breaker is at least two times the amperage of the branch circuit breaker. By adjusting the long-time (or short-time, if equipped) and the instantaneous settings to maximum, users can assure selectivity without a coordination study.
The Digital Insulation Meter quickly determines the integrity of insulation by identifying capacitive, absorption, and leakage current at multiple test voltages and resistance up to 20 GΩ. This diagnostic tool also measures earth-bond resistance so users can verify the continuity of protective bonding. Additionally, the product automatically senses and displays AC/DC voltage to 600V, and calculates the polarization index (PI) and dielectric absorption ratio (DAR). Designed with a 600V CAT IV overvoltage rating, it will disable itself if connected to a live circuit exceeding 30V.
The Sidekick Plus line of multifunction test sets now allows all main features to be accessed via a rotating mode selection dial. A new suite of ADSL/VDSL tests displays features such as DSL Showtime, Bits to Tone, Signal-to-Noise Ratio, and Upper Layer Testing (Ping, Traceroute, HTTP, and FTP). The ADSL/VDSL-equipped unit also includes a full range of wideband tests and a step TDR to enable technicians to diagnose a variety of problems in copper cable-based communications networks.
The NET200 network tester allows users to install and efficiently maintain local area networks (LANs) with 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX based on Ethernet protocols. Designed to validate Ethernet network installations as well as to locate and track network cable faults, the handheld unit features one of the longest testing distances on the market — up to 3,275 ft. Features include a high-resolution graphic time-domain reflectometer (TDR) and time-domain crosstalk (TDX) that can be used with standard cables, coaxial cables for cable TV and HFC networks, as well as telephony cables.

These battery post terminals and lugs are compatible with battery studs that adhere to SAE, JIS, and DIN standards. Offered in straight post terminals, flag (T-type) post, and grounding/starter lugs, the products are designed to accommodate a wide range of conductor combinations (AWG & Flex). The Mercmaster LED Series is now certified for use in ATEX/IECEx hazardous locations. Compared to traditional luminaires, this product offers lower weight, greater shock resistance, cold start capabilities, and minimal heat production. The luminaire features a one-piece, lightweight aluminum body that accommodates upgraded LED arrays generating light outputs from 2,300 lm to 6,075 lm, an equivalent of 70W HID to 175W HID lamps. Four lumen output versions are available with universal drivers covering voltage requirements from 120V to 277V. Klaw pump pliers feature a curved jaw designed to grasp with multiple points of contact compared to standard straight jaw pump pliers that only have two points of contact. Available in Quick-Adjust and Classic models, the Quick-Adjust version includes a push-button, quick ratchet feature that allows users to easily adjust the pliers to any position. The 22W lamp reduces energy consumption by more than 75%, lasts 25 times longer, and offers 1,800-lm output. Features include a warm 2,700K color temperature, a CRI of 80, and a 25,000-hr life. In addition, the product fits into existing fixtures and works with standard dimmers.
The PowerPact line now includes the PowerPact with Micrologic, PowerPact Mission Critical in J-frame and L-frame sizes, and R-rated PowerPact circuit breakers. PowerPact with Micrologic models are for low-voltage equipment and offer monitoring capabilities for every breaker in a facility. This version features up to 12 alarms, allowing users to schedule maintenance in a timely manner. PowerPact Mission Critical models include a Selective Coordination Analysis online tool that provides a way to selectively coordinate branch circuits on 2-tier or 3-tier systems. The R-Rated PowerPact 15A to 600A models offer an interrupt rating of 20kA at 480VAC and 100kA at 600VAC.
Arrow Hart pin and sleeve devices offer IP69K-rated protection. Featuring nickel-plated pins and contacts for corrosion protection, the products include individual silicone sealing grommets with cord diameter indicators that allow users to quickly and easily select the appropriate grommet for their cable size. For added efficiency, they also include threaded NPT cable entry, allowing for an efficient means of attaching flexible conduit or wire mesh grips. Additional features include Tri-Combo hardware that accepts a slotted, Phillips, or Robertson screwdriver and an inlet and receptacle mounting footprint that allows for interchangeability with many major brands.

These three digital low-resistance ohmmeters can test resistance up to 10A. The DLRO10 and DLRO10X are fully automatic and feature multiple operating modes, including normal, auto, continuous, and high power. The DLRO10X also features unidirectional mode. Each model can measure resistance from 0.1 µΩ to 2,000 Ω on one of seven ranges, and both are protected to 600V and automatically detect continuity in potential and current circuits. The DLRO10HD measures up to 250 µΩ at 10A or 2.5 Ω at 1A, while the unit’s low-power range is power limited to 250MW for applications where heating the item under test should be avoided.
The E-Series line of thermal cameras includes the E4, E5, E6, and E8 models designed for users who need to track down electrical and mechanical overheating, moisture ingress, missing insulation, air leaks, and a host of other issues. Features include a 3-in. color LCD display, wide-angle focus-free lens, intuitive on-camera button controls, on-board digital camera, and the company’s MSX technology, which integrates visible details from digital camera photos onto IR images. Weighing 1.2 lb, the cameras offer center spot measure mode, ±2% or 2°C accuracy and -20°C to 250ºC temperature range, radiometric JPEGs that retain temperature data, and a quick-release Li-ion battery with 4-hr life.

The ECR1600 cable reel offers a live connection of power cable for direct wiring to a collector ring assembly with an electric rewind and switch and solenoid. This design allows a safe, continuous current during cable payout and rewind for tools and machinery.
