HEYCo-molded liquid-tight break-thru plugs are designed for use in panels from 0.020 in. to 0.063 in. and mounting hole diameters of 0.500 in. to 1.093 in. The co-molded nylon and elastomer parts function as plugs with an IP 67/68 rating, yet can be pierced by round wire, cable, or tubing to function as bushings with the same IP 67/68 rating. The plugs feature locking fingers that snap into holes in fractional increments with simple fingertip pressure and withstand a pushback force of greater than 35 lb. Constructed of nylon 6/6 and TPE, the devices have an HB flammability rating and offer an operating temperature range of -40°F to 212°F.
The PATHCC10 and RHCC10 Series of cutters feature a C-Head that allows users to scoop and cut without the need to open and close a latch. Available with four individually designed blades, the cutters offer a variety of options, including ordering the tools with all blades or specific blades only. The PATHCC10 is a self-con-
tained battery-operated cutting tool (18V Ni-MH), and the RHCC10 is a remote power operated hydraulic cutter (10,000 psi). Both models also have covered head versions available.
The Ergo tool pouch is belt-mounted, allowing it to be worn over the thigh where its leather ergonomically conforms to the contours of the user’s leg. Features include individual pockets, a tool band to accommodate hammers, and a chain lanyard to hold electrical tape. Constructed of top-grain saddle leather, the pouch includes zinc-coated steel rivets and heavy, lock-stitched nylon thread for reinforcement at the seams. Other features include four steel rings to accommodate an optional shoulder strap and a leather grab-handle that converts the pouch into a carry tote.
This T5 retrofit conversion kit simplifies the conversion of older T12 and T8 strip-light fixtures to accommodate high-output T5 lamps. According to the company, the kit offers up to a 49% energy savings. Available in four retrofit configurations (2- and 4-lamp 8-ft configurations and single- or 2-lamp 4-ft configurations), the kit includes T5 bi-pin lamp sockets, a T5 retrofit bracket socket plate, and self-tapping screws. In addition, users only need to complete ballast lead terminations to accomplish the conversion kit installation. A ballast cover and 6-in. and 10-in. specular reflectors are also available.
The 46601 coaxial cable toolkit features instruments that users need to strip, cut, and terminate coaxial cables when making repairs or installations: 8-in. diagonal cutting pliers with laser-hardened edges; RG 59/6/6Q – 7/11 coaxial cable stripper with spring-loaded handles; RG 59/6/6Q 7/11 coaxial compression tool with an adjustable crimp length; 6-in-1 multi-tool with ¼-in. and 5/16-in. hex nut drivers; No. 1 and No. 2 Phillips tip screwdrivers; ¼-in. flat tip screwdriver; LED pen light; and a combo ratcheting and open-ended 7/16-in. wrench. The kit comes housed in a custom Grip Pack holster.
480-NMLTS and 481-NMLTS are non-metallic, multi-angle (0° to 90°), liquid-tight connectors. The swivel-type connectors are made of nylon that resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and many common solvents. The 480-NMLTS (½-in. KO size and ½-in. NPT) models install by pushing the connector onto the conduit or tubing and tightening the sealing nut. The 481-NMLTS connectors come in a ¾-in. KO size and ¾-in. NPT. No assembly is required, and both models are cULus listed.
The Katapult wire stripper/cutter now features a built-in wire cutter to strip and cut
8 AWG to 22 AWG wire. Precision-machined stripping holes easily remove up to 1 in. of insulation in a single step without damaging the wire, while the tension loaded wire-grip holds the cable while retaining cable geometry. The self-adjusting wire stripper/cutter includes a stripping head that adjusts to strip 10 AWG to 20 AWG solid, 12 AWG to 22 AWG stranded, and 12/2 and 14/2 Romex wire. The tool’s tensioning knob adjusts to apply the correct amount of force on the wire, and an adjustable stopper controls the length of the core strip. A wire cutter is also built into the handle.
The PCJ Series of polycarbonate enclosures is designed for housing electrical and electronic equipment in installations where NEMA 4X (IP66) environmental sealing for dust and water protection is required. The screw-down cover versions meet NEMA 6P sealing requirements. Available in five sizes ranging from 5.93 in. × 6.16 in. × 4.91 in. to 13.94 in. × 12.16 in. × 10.82 in., the basic enclosure can be supplied in 80 different configurations. The product can be specified with hinged or screw-down front covers in either opaque or transparent polycarbonate.
The LED Bollard retrofit kit is designed to upgrade currently installed bollards to LED technology. A one-piece, unitized LED optical assembly replaces the head on the existing bollard, eliminating the need to disturb or replace the existing bollard base and shaft. Available with several light source options, the kit includes a terminal block and onboard surge protection.
The Wenatchee insulated work boot is made with a waterproof nubuck leather upper and a waterproof, breathable membrane. Featuring the company’s 400g KEEN.Warm insulation, the boot delivers the flexibility of a welted product with the durability of a combined rubber outsole with toe bumper. A contoured heel lock, oil- and slip-resistant non-marking rubber outsole, and asymmetrical steel toes are also standard.
Measuring 85/8 in. × 315/16 in. × 3 in. deep, LED Brick Step luminaires are the size of a standard brick, allowing them to be installed in brick walls, patios, walkways, and steps. The 120V luminaires consume just 4W of power and include a cULus-listed driver for wet-labeled applications in indoor and outdoor locations. Architectural die-cast aluminum faceplates can be specified with louvered, lensed, or shroud styling in brushed nickel, bronze, or white finishes.
The APS75 hydraulic underground cable provides up to 7,500 lb of continuous pulling power. Designed for installing underground cable, the puller is completely self-contained and transports easily from job site to job site. A digital readout allows users to view pulling forces, distance pulled, tension limiter, and hydraulic pressure readings. Additionally, pulling operations can be recorded and downloaded through a USB port.
Available in two models, the ArchiLume Series of 100W LED drivers provide universal input with minimum power factor correction of 0.90 and maximum total harmonic distortion of 20%. The 100W24V-D model features onboard dimming with no flicker, no flashing, and ultra-smooth dimming all the way down to less than 1%. Both drivers measure 17.36 in. × 1.33 in. × 1.25 in. (441 × 34 × 32 mm) and are suitable for linear lighting applications, where driving multiple strings of LEDs from a single output is required.
