The Ultraweld UltraShot ground connector uses a copper container that is consumed along with the weld metal, which results in an enhanced exothermic connection, according to the company. In addition, the product uses an electronic ignition system that is fired by a rechargeable battery controller, allowing users to maintain a safe distance from the reaction.
