Training spreadsheets

These Excel spreadsheets help keep track of employee training. Users enter training information, and the spreadsheet organizes it into summary reports that allow the training history of all employees to be reviewed. Available for 25 to 200 employees, the records can be filtered to display only those of interest. In addition, training histories for each individual can be generated and either printed or automatically sent to the employee via e-mail. According to the company, a table and chart are created to show the history of all workers so employers can spot individuals with inadequate training in a specific area.

ROI calculator

This return-on-investment (ROI) calculator for the company's EcoSystem fluorescent lighting control gives users a comprehensive analysis of their energy system. According to the company, the calculator assembles and organizes the data on charts and graphs, providing an easy-to-read explanation of how the system will achieve the savings. The calculator factors in a variety of considerations pertinent to each building's unique situation, including its design elements, location, functional profile, reconfiguration requirements, energy rates, and the planned use for the lighting controls. Additional product features include a graph that compares the 10-year cost of ownership for the building, if it's simply ASHRAE/IESNA 2001-compliant versus how it will perform if EcoSystem is installed, as well as an estimate of what the CO2 offset will be for the building and how much coal the installation will save.
