Efficiency motors
The NEMA Premium line of efficiency motors is designed to save
energy while incorporating features that extend operating life in
industrial applications. The rugged cast iron frame motors, available
from 1 hp through 500 hp in totally enclosed fan-cooled or open
drip-proof enclosures, meet or exceed CEE efficiency levels. They're UL
and CSA recognized and certified, and vibration levels are well below
IEEE precision-balance specification.

AC drive
The F7 general purpose AC drive is designed and built to be an
industrial workhorse capable of handling various industrial plant
applications. The drive uses a flexible design platform to provide both
normal and heavy-duty ratings, four modes of control, network
communications options, application-specific drive software, and a
range of standard and optional input/output choices. It's globally
compatible, conforming to UL, cUL, and CE requirements.

Gearmotor
The BHF series of 50/60 Hz AC motors is designed with inverter speed
control and low-noise pre-assembled gearheads. The gearmotor shaft
torques range from 14.1 lb-in. to 530 lb-in., depending on gearhead
type and shaft speed. The series is available with an electromagnetic
brake for applications with vertical motion. Three input voltage ranges
are available for all models: single-phase 100VAC to 115VAC,
single-phase 200VAC to 230VAC, and 3-phase 200VAC to 230VAC. The
inverter provides speed stability for speeds from 100 rpm to 2,400 rpm,
and it has a built-in I/O power supply.

Motor starter
The ArmorStart is a pre-engineered, pre-configured combination motor
starter that requires no additional enclosures and features a modular,
plug-and-play design for quick installation. The integrated,
machine-mount design uses fewer cables, which simplifies wiring,
minimizes panel space requirements, and allows faster and more accurate
connections. The device can be used with motors ranging from .5 hp to
10 hp at 50 Hz to 60 Hz for non-reversing and reversing applications
with a voltage range from 200VAC to 460VAC.

Adjustable speed AC drive
The Altivar 58 TRX AC drive incorporates sensorless vector control
and enhancements to adjustable speed drives. The drive features
built-in connectivity that simplifies the exchange of equipment and
processes information. With an Ethernet option card, embedded Web pages
allow real-time access to drive information from anywhere in the world
using a standard Web browser. They're available with a variety of
operator interface options, I/O extension cards, and communications
options cards.

Softstarters
The PST series of softstarters is available for operating voltages
from 208VAC to 690VAC and full load line currents of 30A to 1,050A.
When used with wye-delta wound motors, the softstarters are capable of
inside-the-delta operation and are UL Listed for starting motors up to
1,800 hp. They use a large 2-line graphical liquid crystal display
(LCD) to provide plain text communications in any one of 12 user
selectable languages. They also offer machine-to-machine
networking.

AC drive
The S10 AC drive provides .25 hp to 3 hp 115V, 230V, and 460V
single- or 3-phase input for applications like fans, blowers, and
conveyors. The drive has two types of enclosures, IP20 (protected
chassis) and IP65 (NEMA 4X) with and without operators to match most
application needs. The NEMA 4X units with operators come with standard
input disconnect, speed pot, and forward/reverse selector switch. The
drives feature V/Hz PWM control, 16 kHz carrier frequency, and are UL,
cUL, and CE approved.

AC and DC drives
The VersaFlex line of AC and DC drives features protected chassis
enclosures, selectable feedback with option boards, auto-tune, and
application programs. The AC inverter drives are available in open-loop
configurations of .33 hp to 2 hp, 198VAC to 264VAC, single-phase, 50/60
Hz; 3 hp to 5 hp, 198VAC to 264VAC, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz; and .5 hp to 10
hp, 342VAC to 506VAC, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz. The AC drives can be applied
to variable torque, constant torque, or constant horsepower
applications.

AC drive communications software
This Windows-based software communications programs enables AC
variable frequency drive users to configure, start-up, tune, and
perform diagnostic services on their drive or drive system. Built-in
features of the software tools include user-friendly graphics to make
it easy to monitor and control drive performance. They also offer
visual set-up with help menus, a real-time oscilloscope with trend
recorder, a PID tuner, and customizable monitor panels. The software
runs under all versions of Windows, from 98 to XP.

Mini drive
The AF-300 Mini adjustable frequency AC drive is designed for
optimum process control and offers variable speed control for AC
induction motors. It features a predictive maintenance alarm that can
be custom-wired to a pilot light or programmable logical controller and
can signal an alarm when the cooling fan or internal DC link capacitor
has nearly reached its specified wear-hour lifespan. The drives require
less mounting space, allowing for flush, side-by-side mounting.
