Crimping tools

This line of hydraulic crimp tools consists of components necessary to crimp a range of connectors from 8 AWG to 4/0 AWG. The tools can be powered by a 10,000-psi electric pump or a hand- or foot-operated pump and are connected to a control unit and crimp head. Four crimp heads are available: 12-ton, 14-ton, 12-ton titanium, and Solistrand terminal compression head. They're suitable for low- to medium-volume production and are designed for use by manufacturers who use large gauge terminals and connectors.

Battery charger

The 48-59-0260 Multi-Bay Charger is designed to charge as many as three cordless tool battery packs at the same time and offers a top-off mode that adds new life to older battery packs. It charges batteries more quickly, enhances battery performance, and reduces jobsite clutter. It accepts most slide-on style 12V, 14.4V, and 18V batteries and is generator- and inverter-ready. It also features a 9-ft cord with a pass-through plug that allows outlet space to be used for other accessories.

Trenchers

The model T9 and T15 trenchers are designed to cut narrow, straight trenches in a variety of soil types. They're designed to operate with the skid steer loader traveling in reverse with the boom angled down between 45° and 65° from the horizontal position. The motors mount directly to the trencher frame and couple to a hub shaft, which drives the sprocket and auger. Hydraulic or manual side shift options are available.

Power distribution center

The e-Cart Jr. mobile temporary power distribution center takes 480V, 3-phase or single-phase input power and provides 120V, 208V, or 240V output power. A transformer, disconnect switch, and breaker panel are mounted on the mobile cart. The cart features easy-rolling wheels and a large handle for moving the unit around the jobsite. Applications include industrial maintenance, commercial and industrial construction, and temporary power set-ups.

Battery-operated cable cutter

The ESG45GL battery-powered cable cutter is designed for cutting ASCR, rebar, and guy wire, including EHS, ground rod, soft steel bolts, and wire ropes as well as copper and aluminum cable. The cable cutter comes with a two-speed pump that advances the ram rapidly until the blades meet resistance, reducing cutting time. Battery chargers are available in 12V, 120V, or 230V. A fully charged battery makes about 95 cuts on 336.4 ASCR.

Riding trenchers/plow

The hydrostatic RT450 riding trencher/plow features a center-mounted backhoe operator seat, automotive-style steering, a servo-controlled ground-drive system, an operator platform, and a fiberglass hood. The trencher is powered by a 50-hp Deutz F3L2011 engine, and is designed for rental centers, landscape, utility, and irrigation installers. It offers an improved axle shaft, a 46-in. wheelbase, and radial-piston hydraulic motors on all trencher attachments.

Trailer-mounted boom

The TZ-34/20 trailer-mounted articulating boom features a self-leveling system that provides 11° of leveling capability from the ground controls. The articulating boom coupled with a telescopic primary boom offers a working height of 40 ft and a working outreach of 20 ft. Lift capacity of the 34-ft platform is 500 lb, and platform rotation is optional.
