Product offers flexibility for inflexible spaces

Amerlux recently released a new set of architectural-grade, ultra-shallow downlights that addresses super-tight plenum space. Solace is an extremely shallow, spec-grade plenum downlight with as low as 2¼ inches recessed depth (downlight and wall wash) and a recessed adjustable with recessed depth of 3 9/16 inches. The Solace family of downlights includes a sub-3-inch aperture with round and square die-cast aperture trims, and can be used in opened or lensed, pinhole, adjustable options as well as a lensed wall wash for gyp, grid, and millwork ceilings. Additional design options include field-interchangeable optics, recessed adjustables with 40° degree lockable tilt and 360° rotation, and more than 1,600 lumens.
