The USB Sock-It receptacle features two 2A/5VDC USB chargers along with two 15A/120VAC electrical outlets. Capable of charging up to four electronic devices from one unit, the receptacle’s USB chargers use no electricity when their doors are closed and employ automatic cutoff circuitry to shut off when a device’s battery is charged. In addition, the easy-to-install product replaces an existing wall receptacle and supplies 10W of power (enough to charge and iPad, iPod, or any USB-compatible device).

Your product is filling a very important Niche'. Congrats, I hope it does will. A question for you. Can you use this as a split receptical? For example, I have an outlet wired so that the top outlet is controlled by a dimmer, the bottom is a normal non switched 15 amp circuit. Another example, in the canadian electrical code, kitchen outlets must be split. Since the kitchen is generally the nerve center of the home, it would make sense to be able to use this outlet as a split receptical as well.
Let me know.
