Dec. 14, 2012
Designed to be recessed below a work surface, the retractable receptacle features a 6-ft cord, black, polycarbonate cover, and a rotated receptacle orientation.
The Carlon retractable receptacle can be recessed below a work surface
by pushing down on its cover; the outlet becomes accessible by pulling up the grip on its cover. A hole saw, which is included, attaches to a standard power drill and enables the product to be mounted quickly. A 6-ft cord connects the receptacle to an existing outlet, eliminating the need for wiring. Other features include a compact design; black, polycarbonate cover; a rotated receptacle orientation that accommodates oversized adapter; and a locking collar that secures the assembly to the work surface.
