The ULTim8 Programmed Start Series of T8 linear fluorescent ballasts features parallel lamp operation and start times of less than 700 msec, according to the company. Part of the NEMA Premium Electronic Ballast Program, the ballasts are available 2-lamp, 3-lamp, and 4-lamp models with both .88 (HE) and .71(EL) ballast factor options offered.
