Woodhead Super-Safeway and Safeway GFCIs come in permanent-mount and portable versions and feature automatic or manual reset functions.  The single-phase models are rated for 120V through 240VAC at 15A, 20A, and 30A, while the multi-phase versions are rated for 120/240 split-phase, 240 3-phase, 208 3-phase, and 120/208 3-phase at 30A. Additional features of the double-insulated GFCIs include LED indicators that provide visual confirmation of operating status, impact-resistant nylon housings and chemical UV-resistant coatings, open-neutral sensing relays that stop power flow under threatening conditions, and neutral-ground protection that stops power flow. In addition, they offer NEMA 4X and 6P ratings.
