Featuring a large boom and arm for a wider operating range, the E55Bx compact excavator delivers 11,240 lbf (50 kN) of bucket digging force. The excavator is rated at 39 hp (29 kW) with an operating weight of 12,295 lbs (5577 kg) and a dig depth of 12 ft, 10 in. Offering a cab height of 8 ft, 4 in., the product is available with either rubber or steel tracks. Additional features include a no-tools fuel tank drain valve and accumulator that allow attachments to be safely lowered using in-cab controls, an easy-access electrical compartment beneath the seat, and an optional 4-way dozer blade.
