Encapsulated power transformers

The Hammond line of HPS Fortress encapsulated power transformers has been expanded to include single-phase units available in 100VA to 25kVA ratings and input voltage ranges from 120VAC to 480VAC. All transformers are encapsulated with electrical-grade silica sand and resin compounds to protect the core and coils, helping to seal out moisture and airborne contaminants and eliminate corrosion. UL- and CSA-listed as well as CE-approved, the NEMA 3R units meet or exceed NEMA and ANSI standards for indoor and outdoor applications.
