Coax and twisted-pair cable connectors have been added to the company’s li
ne of voice/data/video (V/D/V) tools and testers. The universal sleeve coax connectors feature an "open sleeve" design that fits on all diameter variations within a cable series, including multi-shield and plenum cables, while a viewing window allows users to see if the cable is seated properly. The twisted-pair (modular) connectors feature 50-µin. gold plating on the contact plates for enhanced durability to prevent connector failure. Additional features include 3-pronged solid and stranded wire contacts along with rugged connector housings and spring clips.
