EcoWire Plus resists oils, fuels, solvents, and other hazardous liquids to meet the fluid resistance requirements of ISO 6722 for thin-wall and ultra-thin-wall wire. Suitable as a replacement for XLPE-insulated wire, the product features a modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) thermoplastic. In addition, the wire is non-halogenated and contains no heavy metal pigments. Available sizes include 28 AWG (0.09 mm2) to 10 AWG (4.92 mm2) with stranded bare copper conductors and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
XHHW-2 cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) insulated copper conductors now feature the company’s SLiPWire jacket and True Sequential Footage.
