It's that time of year again -- when EC&M unveils the highly anticipated Top 40 electrical design firms in the country, ranked specifically by electrical design revenue. Although we've been presenting this list and comprehensive article for more than a decade, this year we wanted to highlight some additional information on the top-ranking firms. Despite facing project delays and other challenges, the vast majority of firms on this year's list reported higher revenues in 2013 compared to 2012. In fact, as a group, respondents posted total electrical design revenues of $1.808 billion in 2013 — up from $1.348 billion last year.
To find out more about the driving forces behind these firms' success, details on what solidifies their position as leaders in the industry, hot and cold market analysis, and key trends shaping the business climate this year and next, read the full 2014 Top 40 Electrical Design Firms Special Report.
The original research EC&M conducts on behalf of the Top 40 article each year has become an invaluable resource for consultants, manufacturers, and electrical design and contracting firms, making it an EC&M institution readers review and wait for every year.
