Rosendin Electric Ranks No. 6 Out of the Top 100 Best Companies to Work for by Oregon Business Magazine

Hillsboro, Ore.-based Rosendin Electric was recognized in the March issue of Oregon Business magazine as ranking No. 6 out of the 100 best places to work in Oregon. At number six, Rosendin Electric was the highest-ranking construction firm for employee satisfaction among the top 33 large companies (100 employees or more).

This is the first time that Rosendin Electric participated in the Oregon Business survey, which uses various criteria to determine the best places to work, including health benefits, wellness coverage, executive leadership, work environment, and career development. Rosendin Electric’s employees ranked the company based on such factors as the employee stock ownership plan, 401k matching, requiring all workers to receive 16 hours of training annually, providing above-average health benefits, and granting 17 days of personal time per year. Rosendin Electric also prides itself on caring for its workers through its safety program, which includes extensive safety protocols, roving inspectors, daily stretch and flex exercises to reduce job-related injuries, and issuing stop work cards that any employee can use on the jobsite in the event of a safety hazard.
