Norwalk, Conn.-based EMCOR Group, Inc. recently announced that the Portland, Ore.-based branch of its Dynalectric Co. subsidiary has been awarded a contract for the replacement of the electrical systems at the Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building in Portland, Ore.

Dynalectric will be responsible for replacing the entire electrical, fire alarm and tele/data systems in the 18-story, 500,000 sq-ft. Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building. To date, Dynalectric has been closely involved in the integrated project delivery (IPD) process, including on-site project management and building information modeling (BIM).
