After selecting a product of interest on Channel Vision's Web site, visitors are prompted to ask a question. By clicking on this link, visitors are then given real-time access to this information portal.
"While not a substitute for speaking to a live person, the Knowledge Base serves as an additional method to access more information on a specific topic of interest," says Darrel Hauk, Channel Vision's president and CEO. "It also benefits users by decreasing the time needed to search through Channel Vision's Web site or instruction manuals, allowing users to find answers and complete their jobs quicker."
