Milwaukee-based Brady Worldwide, Inc. recently announced the launch of its new transactional Web site. The site features online ordering, custom product design, easy navigation, and enhanced search functionality. The new site is a user-friendly, customer-centric Web site that houses information on Brady products, services, and support, as well as customer resources. Prior to designing the Web site, Brady conducted extensive research on customer purchasing behavior and user testing. Brady also worked closely with its distribution partners to integrate them into the buying process and enhance the customer experience for those purchasing through their preferred distribution channel.
As a result of this research, the Web site was built with a variety of new technologies and resources, including several new purchasing options.
The Web site gives customers four different options to buy products from Brady:
With a robust new search engine and easy-to-use online product catalog, Brady's new Web site is a convenient resource for customers looking for Brady product information, demonstrations, and pricing. In addition to product information, the Web site also contains a section entitled "Industry Expertise," where customers can find a variety of educational resources and best practices for their specific industry. The site contains industry information for Brady's leading markets, including: hospital facility safety, laboratory identification and specimen tracking, and voice and data communications.
The Web site also serves as an up-to-date resource for regulatory compliance and best practice information, particularly in the areas of DoD UID compliance; lockout/tagout; visual workplace/lean, brand protection; arc flash safety; emergency egress marking; short-circuit current rating; and slips, trips and falls prevention. A variety of whitepapers, case studies, reference guides, and testimonials are available for download, as well as Webcasts, videos, and editorial articles.
