Rosslyn, Va.-based National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) has published BU 1.1-2010, "General Instructions for Handling, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance of Busway Rated 600V or Less." This guide, last published in 2005, is maintained by NEMA’s Busway Section.
BU 1.1 covers the proper handling, installation, operation, and maintenance of busway and associated fittings rated 600V or less. In this revision, the Busway Section provided additional information regarding environmental considerations and updated the document’s references.
