I realize this article is dated, it is now Oct. 2012. I have a question as to whether NFPA 303 has to be adopted specifically by AHJ or is it considered part of NFPA 70 and automatically included. The current 303 requires regular testing but it isn't clear whether that is mandatory where loca authorities have adopted the NEC.
