NFL Hall of Fame Inductee, Cris Carter, chairman, and his brother John Carter, president & CEO, have successfully acquired ownership of D&N Electric Company to become one of the largest minority-owned electrical services companies in the Southeast.

“The D&N acquisition will broaden the playing field for CB, giving us the capability to offer high and low voltage electrical installation services with consistent, cost effective solutions to our clients through planning, design, procurement, installation, and maintenance,” said Cris Carter.

According to CEO John Carter, “The acquisition of D&N Electric will only enhance our responsiveness and complements the focus on security by simplifying electrical installation operations and unifying wired and wireless processes, unlike other competitive offerings.“
